Terms of Service

Last updated: January 29, 2026

By accessing or using the Telegenix website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Telemedicine Services

Telegenix provides access to telemedicine services by connecting users with licensed U.S. medical providers.

Telegenix is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not control or interfere with clinical decision-making. All medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are made exclusively by independent licensed providers.

Telegenix does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed.

2. Provider Discretion

All medical decisions are made solely at the discretion of the licensed provider.

Medication will only be prescribed if a provider determines, in their professional medical judgment, that it is medically appropriate following a telemedicine evaluation.

3. No Guaranteed Treatment

Submitting an intake form or completing a consultation does not guarantee:

  • A prescription
  • A specific medication
  • A specific dosage
  • A specific treatment duration

Treatment recommendations are based on individual medical evaluation.

4. Prescription Fulfillment

If a prescription is issued, medications are fulfilled by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

Telegenix does not dispense or ship medications directly.

5. Pricing

Program pricing reflects participation in a treatment program and not a guarantee of any specific medication.

Final treatment recommendations and associated costs may vary based on the provider’s medical determination.

6. Eligibility & State Availability

Telegenix services are available only in U.S. jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are properly licensed.

Service availability may vary by state and is determined during the intake and consultation process.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not to impersonate another person
  • Not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or services
